Where do I fly into/How do I get there?
You will fly into SJO, we arrange a private driver for the group and we also have a private luxury flight option.
The drive is about 4 hours, through the mountains, with gorgeous views, so we find our clients often love this as they get a fun, scenic adventure tour of Costa Rica, and bond with fellow speakers and Synergida attendees on the way.
The transportation cost via van is $230 per person (to and from Synergida) in a van of 10 so it would benefit you to book your flight in a way that allows you to travel with other retreat attendees.
The private luxury flight option, which doesn’t involve another security check so it’s VERY quick and easy, will take you directly from SJO to a private landing strip, where we will pick you up, just ten minutes from Synergida.

Upon arrival in Costa Rica, please tell customs that you are staying at “The Holiday Inn by the airport.” They won’t have any idea what you’re talking about if you say you’re staying at Synergida. They won’t know what a retreat is either, so tell them you’re here for tourism. Keep it simple, or they may hold you up a bit with extra questions.

Is Synergida humid and buggy?
No. Because we are in the mountains, the climate is very temperate, and it’s not humid or buggy. We only recommend that you put on some kind of bug repellent if you go for a deep jungle hike, but it’s not necessary. Most days it’s sunny early until mid-day, and their may or may not be a gorgeous rain-show mid-day. Many people have said watching the rain is better than watching tv. The Chirripo Mountain Vortex area of Costa Rica is temperate and usually in the mid 70’s year round, and is slightly cooler at night.
I'm a busy entrepreneur, Is there WI-FI?
Yes, there is wifi in the main areas of Synergida, so if you absolutely need to use it, you will be able to use it for the internet and calls. Facebook video and Zoom usually work here just fine, but we recommend that you try to coordinate your schedule ahead of time so that you don’t have any major video calls or too much work if possible. This way, you can relax, recharge, and reset as you enjoy your all inclusive luxury vacation.
